SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship items worldwide. Your jewelry order will be sent to you in an insured manner. Once we receive your order, we take prompt action to dispatch your Jewelry. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receiving the payment. If you order custom designs then it will take time accordingly. We are very well appreciated and satisfied with our practices for fast dispatch of all orders. We ship orders in weekdays, except on holidays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. If you want Priority or Express shipping then you can send request before making a payment of your order.

If any reason buyer wants to cancel the order then please inform us within 1 hour after placing the order.

Once an order is dispatched by us we will notify you of the tracking number through email given by you when the order was placed. If in case we fail to dispatch your order in time, then we’ll reach you within 2 business days to let you know the reason of your held up a shipment.

We determine the shipping carrier once we know the country. We also check that the carrier is fast, secure and does not involve clearance or excess taxes and duties for the buyer. Please note that the shipping charges include shipping, insurance, Indian custom clearance charges, packaging and agent charges. The buyers are fully responsible for any charges, import (customs) duties and taxes applicable in their country and to be paid by the buyer only.

We have two Shipping options –

Free Shipping – Delivery Time 15 to 20 Days

Express shipping – Delivery Time 8 to 10 working days.

Customer can select the option at the time of purchase.

We recommend all our valued customers to inspect your package for damage before signing the receipt.
